James Edward Roberts Jr (Jay) was born August 16, 1990 to Tracy Hodges Dixie and James Edward Roberts Sr. in Quincy, Florida.

James confessed Christ at an early age. He attended the public schools in Gadsden County. After which he acquired skills through Job Corp in Kentucky where he also received his GED.

He leaves to Cherish in his fond memories beloved parents: Tracy Hodges & James Edward Roberts Sr.; one brother: ForDarrius J Adams; one niece: KaDarrius J. Adams; his loving goddaughter: Aiyana Anderson; and very special friend: Antowan Moxey. He also leaves to cherish a host of aunts, uncles, cousins that will truly miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his step dad: Michael Tyrone Dixie & his favorite aunt: Joan Hodges.
